Overview
We want you to be happy with Flavrdex. All payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record for all Flavrdex transactions. This means refund requests are handled through Paddle's system.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment or any renewal charge. No questions asked.
To request a refund within this window, email us at support@flavrdex.com with your account email address and the reason for your request. We will process the refund promptly through Paddle.
Refunds after 14 days
After the 14-day window, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
We will consider refund requests outside the 14-day window on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances (e.g., a significant, unannounced service disruption or billing error on our part). Please contact us at support@flavrdex.com to discuss your situation.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You retain full access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period — there are no partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
Annual subscribers who cancel more than 14 days after purchase will not receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining months.
Free plan and free trials
The Free plan is always available at no charge. If you are on a free trial, no charge is made until the trial ends. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged — no refund is necessary as no payment has been taken.
Family plan refunds
Refunds for Family plan subscriptions cover only the plan owner's payment. Family members who have been added to a plan do not pay separately and are not eligible for individual refunds. If the plan owner receives a refund, all family members will lose paid plan access.
Fraudulent or unauthorised charges
If you believe a charge was made to your account without your authorisation, contact us immediately at support@flavrdex.com. We take fraud seriously and will investigate all such claims promptly.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and credited back to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
